Richy Qiao is a seasoned professional specializing in the convergence of FinTech, Web3, and identity. As Co-Founder of RNG Labs since October 2022, Richy focuses on product development in these innovative sectors. Richy also serves as an Advisor and COO of Fragments, Inc., contributing to the launch and ongoing support of Ampleforth (AMPL) and its governance token (FORTH) since April 2019. Richy held key operational roles at Seashell and Coinbase, and provided strategic support as a Venture Partner at FBG Capital, actively engaging with Ampleforth. Previously, Richy held various consulting and senior roles at Strategy& and Novantas, enhancing expertise in corporate strategy and private equity. Richy completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
