Sharon Thomas (Slade) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in release management and technical communication. Currently serving as the Director of Release Management at RMS since April 2020, Sharon drives service maturity during the company's transition to SaaS. Prior roles at Microsoft from January 2000 to April 2020 include Senior Program Manager for Windows servicing and delivery, where responsibilities encompassed managing updates and incident processes, and leading cross-functional communication. Additionally, Sharon held various managerial positions overseeing content publishing, developing strategies, and managing budgets across multiple Office products. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Communication from the University of Washington and has participated in several leadership development programs and training throughout a notable career.
