Burkhard Schrage is an experienced professional currently serving as Managing Partner at Explora Capital since September 2014 and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Nutrition Technologies since 2017. Burkhard also holds the position of Senior Program Manager for MBA, EMBA, and Management programs at RMIT University Vietnam since October 2015. Prior roles include Vice Chairman of the Executive Board at the Institute of American Education, where significant improvements in academic quality and the introduction of online learning tools were achieved. Burkhard's academic career includes serving as Assistant Professor of Strategy and Organization at Singapore Management University, along with a research fellowship at The Wharton School. Earlier career experience includes roles in corporate finance at BTG Pactual and HSBC Bank, and business development at Medcenter Solutions. Burkhard holds a PhD and MALD in International Finance and International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, along with additional qualifications in Economics and Management.
