Chelsea Steinbach has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Chelsea is currently the Director of Operations at RMC, Your Destination Connection, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Operations Manager at the same company from February 2019 to May 2023.
Before joining RMC, Chelsea was the Owner of Virago Athlete Management LLC, a boutique agency specializing in athlete management and representation, with a focus on empowering women in winter sports. Chelsea held this role from April 2017 onwards.
In addition to their current and previous roles, Chelsea also has experience as the Interim Operations Manager at Alf Engen Ski Museum from October 2020 to April 2021, and as the Development Coordinator at Peace House, Inc. from October 2017 to February 2019.
Chelsea's early career includes multiple roles at U.S. Ski & Snowboard, where they served as the Women's Alpine Team Manager, Alpine Development Team Manager, and National Training Group Manager from April 2012 to April 2017. Prior to that, they held various positions within the organization, including Sport Education Manager, Member Services Representative, Western Region Administrator, and Junior Olympic Coordinator.
Chelsea also gained experience as an Athlete Agent Intern at EGO Sports Management in 2007, a Customer Service Intern at Real Salt Lake in 2006, and a Sales & Ticketing Intern at Utah Grizzlies in 2005.
Chelsea Steinbach earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from the University of Utah, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Adult, Child, Infant, & Two Person CPR & AED and Basic First Aid Training from Save-A-Heart of Utah in August 2018. In October 2017, they completed the Salsa Scholars training program in Salsa CRM and Salsa Engage Essentials from Salsa Labs. Chelsea also completed a course in Social Media for Business from Ed2Go in August 2017 and a course in Digital Marketing from Utah Valley University in June 2017. Finally, they became a Level 100 Alpine Coach certified by the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association in January 2009.
