Kathryn (Kate) James is a seasoned customer service professional with extensive experience in order management and team leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at R&M Materials Handling, Inc. since 2016, Kathryn manages backlog reporting and expedites orders for the aftermarket spare parts team.
