Sharon Hart has over 25 years of experience in technical support and team leadership, currently serving as Team Leader for the South Lanarkshire Council Managed Service at RM plc since November 2000. Sharon is known for a people-focused approach, prioritizing the care of customers and team members to enhance learning and teaching within the local community. Previous roles include Team Leader for Implementation and Support, where operational responsibilities included managing technical support teams and handling escalation and customer complaints, as well as a Senior Engineer with expertise in escalated issue resolution and project management. Earlier experience at Getronics as a 1st Line Team Leader involved managing service delivery teams and providing first-line technical support. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Combined Studies from Heriot-Watt University and a Diploma in Graphic Design from The Glasgow School of Art.
