Sandhya Dinesh is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in program management and HR consulting. Currently serving as Program Manager in the HR Global PMO at Freshworks since July 2022, Sandhya has previously held the position of Site Human Resources Business Partner at Flex from August 2018 to July 2022. Prior to that, Sandhya worked at Microsoft from October 2014 to July 2018, where responsibilities included completing the HR transition for five APAC countries, and at Nokia from September 2009 to October 2014, focusing on transitioning HR processes to a Regional Shared Services center. Sandhya holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Madras, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University.
