Mark House is an experienced professional with a strong background in product innovation and education technology. Currently serving as Senior Product Innovation Manager at RM plc, Mark leads the launch of a new Innovation function and manages multi-disciplinary teams while implementing lean software methodologies and overseeing the end-to-end innovation process. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager for RM Integris and Product Manager for RM Unify, as well as a Senior Education Consultant specializing in digital transformation. Mark's earlier experience as Elearning Manager at TEN Group involved transitioning staff and students to Google Apps, following a lengthy change management process. Mark's foundational career began at Norfolk County Council as a secondary school teacher, where roles included Head of Physical Education and Deputy Director of College. Mark holds a PGCE in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Studies from Northumbria University.
