Roland Nezaj, CPA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial and risk management. As Chief Executive Officer at RLN GROUP since July 2024, and Executive Vice President at Twin Premium Capital since September 2019, Roland also serves as Managing Partner at RLN US, LLP and President at Manhattan Transfer Registrar Co. since 2016 and 2019, respectively. Roland's previous roles include positions at PwC in Risk Consulting, UBS Investment Bank as a Subject Matter Expert in Risk Management, and various managerial roles at American Express and Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. Roland began the career at Deloitte & Touche as a consultant in financial advisory services. Roland holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fordham University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
