Jackson Reed Elwell is a Power System Engineer at RLC Engineering, specializing in distribution planning with experience in distributed generation studies, Volt/Var Operation studies, and commercial and industrial load studies. Prior to this role, Jackson held positions as a Product Engineer and Electrical Engineer at Generac Power Systems, where responsibilities included the design and modeling of solar projects and simulation of solar cell performance. Previous experience at NASA Langley Research Center involved designing a rooftop ground station and developing GUI applications for RF data processing. Jackson has also contributed as an academic tutor, peer notetaker, and undergraduate research assistant during academic pursuits at the University of Southern Maine. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Southern Maine and ongoing master's studies in Electrical Engineering and Engineering at Clarkson University and Arizona State University, respectively.
