Vanessa Laurence, Director at RLB Hooloomann, manages the Seychelles office. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading, UK.

She has specialist skills in the hotels and leisure, commercial and residential sectors. Her expertise includes property development advisory, construction economic analysis, advice pertaining to alternative design parameters and other consulting services.

She joined the company in 2004 and has over 16 years’ experience in the quantity surveying profession.
