Krystal White-Tyler, SHRM-CP, LL.M has extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Krystal is currently serving as the Director of People Operations at RKA Petroleum since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Patton Wings Intermediate Holdings, where they held various HR roles, including Director of Human Resources from January 2019 to March 2022, Senior HR Business Partner from March 2018 to January 2019, and Human Resource Manager from May 2016 to March 2018. Before that, they gained valuable experience at The Robison Group, where they served as the Human Resource Manager from June 2013 to May 2016 and started as a Payroll Assistant from June 2012 to June 2013.

Krystal White-Tyler, SHRM-CP, LL.M has an extensive education history. Krystal completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Wayne State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2010. In 2013, Krystal also pursued a Human Resource Certificate Program from Wayne County Community College District to further develop their skills in Human Resources Development.
