Brian Reed is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently, Brian serves as the Leader of Human Resources at RJC Engineers since October 2019. Prior to this role, Brian held multiple positions at WestJet from August 2011 to October 2019, culminating as Director of People Relations - Operations, where a strong focus was placed on leading organizations through change and developing human capital strategies. Earlier career stages included a Sr. Manager position at WestJet overseeing large-scale business units and several roles at Delta Hotels, including Regional Director of People Resources and Director of People Resources, managing HR operations across multiple properties.
