Laura Garner is a highly skilled Project Engineer at R.J. Burnside & Associates Limited, where professional responsibilities have included project management since June 2012. Previously, Laura Garner served as an Engineer in Training at GENIVAR from May 2011 to May 2012, gaining valuable experience in small diameter watermain design, hydraulic model development, and construction support services.
