Pavan Mahale has been working as a graphic designer for the past four years. Pavan started their career at Web Khichdi, where they worked for a year before moving to Inshorts. Pavan worked at Inshorts for six months before being promoted to Senior Graphic Designer. Pavan held this position for a year and a half before moving to their current position as Lead Graphic Designer at Rizzle.

Pavan Mahale has a B.Sc. in VFX and film making from Reliance AIMS. Pavan is currently working as a film maker.

They are on a team with Sridevi Gottipati - Principal Program Manager, Sharmee Roy - Senior Manager, Content Development, and Shashikanth Reddy Poreddy - Principal Engineer, Backend. Sudhakar Dasari - Graphic Designer, Shashidhar Reddy - Graphic Designer, and Shashank H N - Senior Graphic Designer report to Pavan Mahale. Pavan Mahale reports to Vidya Narayanan, Co-Founder.
