Marlon Roy Pelayo is an accomplished data management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Data and Platform Management at RCBC since September 2023, Pelayo previously held the position of Vice President of Data Platforms and Architecture at UnionBank of the Philippines, leading the Enterprise Data Group. Prior roles include Manager of Data Platforms at Globe Group, Technical Manager/Consultant at Novare Technologies, and Technical Consultant positions at IBM and Teradata, focusing on ETL development and data warehousing. Early in the career, Pelayo gained experience as a Technology Consultant at Hewlett Packard. Pelayo holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University, awarded in 2010.
