James Eslinger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James began their career at Hamilton Company in 2001 as a Manufacturing Engineer. After that, they joined Haws Corporation in 2007 and held various roles including Manufacturing Engineer/ QA Manager, Operations Manager, and Director of Haws Operations. In 2020, they transitioned to RIX Industries where they served as the Director of Operations Control Supply Chain Management before assuming their current role as the Director of Manufacturing Operations, overseeing two manufacturing facilities. Throughout their career, James has been responsible for managing processes, resources, safety, and productivity in the manufacturing sector.

James Eslinger began their education at Western Nevada College from 1999 to 2001, where they earned an Associate's degree in Applied Mathematics with a focus on Engineering. James then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno from 2001 to 2003.
