Patrick Pelman is an experienced communication professional and political leader. Currently serving as Head of Communication at Riwis Zorg & Welzijn since July 2018 and a municipal council member for GroenLinks in Zwolle since April 2018, Patrick took on the role of faction chair from 2020 to 2022 and has been vice-chair since April 2022. With a background in project management, Patrick owned TeD Tekst en Design from January 2003 to December 2022 and previously held multiple roles within GroenLinks, including Senior Project Leader and Campaign Manager, where responsibilities ranged from project realization to crisis communication. Patrick also served as a member of the Provincial States in Overijssel and worked as an editor for Musicfrom.nl. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Windesheim.
