Kortney K. Rupp is a seasoned professional in the recruitment and wellness sectors, currently serving as a Principal at Riviera Partners since April 2022, where Kortney leads the Paragon team to enhance recruiting processes for technology businesses and oversees the Ventures practice for venture capital-backed start-ups. Prior experience includes roles at Roblox as an Executive Talent Partner and Executive Sourcer, contributing to full-cycle leadership recruitment and diversity initiatives, as well as positions at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and the University of California, Berkeley as a librarian. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Academic Librarianship from the iSchool at Illinois, a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from Purdue University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in ACS Certified Chemistry from Monmouth College.
