Sridhar Thati currently serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Technology at Rivian, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sridhar was the Chief Technology Officer at Everledger from July 2018 to February 2023, where leadership encompassed technology initiatives and R&D activities focused on blockchain-enabled solutions. At Blue Nile, Sridhar advanced from Senior Manager of Data & Analytics to Director of Technology, Data & Analytics from August 2009 to July 2018, fostering a data-driven culture. Experience includes managing analytics and incentive reporting teams at Washington Mutual and leading the Vendor Analytics function at Amazon, where a new revenue stream was generated. Early career contributions were made at Oracle as a Technical Manager and at Abbott Laboratories as a Business Analyst. Sridhar holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
