Geoff Burns is currently a Principal Engineer at Rivian, where Geoff drives the definition of visual and computer vision systems for driver assistance and security in the automotive industry. Geoff has held various important positions in companies like GrAI Matter Labs, PROPHESEE, Intel Corporation, Silicon Hive, Philips Research, Bell Labs Lucent Technologies, and IBM Microelectronics. Geoff holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
