Candace Wong has a robust background in global compensation and sales compensation, currently serving in Global Compensation Programs at Rivian since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles in Global Compensation at Atlassian (December 2019 - January 2023), Sales Compensation Project Management at Adobe (December 2017 - November 2019), and various sales compensation positions at Salesforce from August 2013 to December 2017, including a role at Namely as Sales Compensation and Finance (June 2015 - February 2016). Candace also has experience in settlements at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (April 2012 - August 2013) and portfolio management as an intern at Bayer HealthCare (June 2010 - August 2011). Educationally, Candace holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management Economics with a concentration in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Cruz, completed in 2011.
