Kathrin Sühlsen is an experienced professional in venture development and startup management, currently serving as Venture Lead at Riverty since March 2022, focusing on building new ventures in the Fintech sector. Previously, Sühlsen held the position of Sr. Expert Venture Development at Satgana, a Climate Tech venture capital firm, and worked as Company Building Lead at Next Big Thing AG, where responsibilities included leading a team of venture developers and executing business strategies. Additional roles include Venture Developer at MEST Africa, Digital Marketing Consultant, and senior positions in product marketing and content development in various tech and insurtech companies. Sühlsen holds a Master of Science in Environment & Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/International Affairs from the University of Hamburg.
