Janina Ramin is an experienced professional in project management and operational excellence, currently serving as Product Delivery Lead and Head of Project Management at Riverty since October 2019. Janina has designed project management office structures, integrated agile methodologies, and introduced OKR practices. Prior to Riverty, Janina worked at Grenke digital GmbH as part of the Project Management Office, focusing on developing project management methodologies and leading technical responsibilities. Janina's earlier experience includes a role as Lean Six Sigma Manager at Allianz, where participation in improvement projects and coaching executives formed part of the responsibilities. Janina holds a Master of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
