Victoria Salm has extensive experience in the care sector, currently serving as the Regional Care Manager (North) and National Care Service Manager at Riverside since October 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing Registered Care Managers and collaborating with the contracts and tendering team. Previously, Victoria held various roles including Care & Service Development Manager and Registered Care Manager at Riverside, as well as managerial positions at St Anne's Community Services and Mencap. Additionally, Victoria has contributed to governance as an Audit Committee board member at South Yorkshire Housing Association and served as an Associate Consultant for Bild. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Behavioral Sciences from Edge Hill University, obtained between 2018 and 2020.
