Ian Gregg is an accomplished executive in asset management with extensive experience in the housing sector. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Asset Services at Riverside since May 2014, Ian oversees all asset management activities and a subsidiary focused on repairs, managing approximately 700 staff and budgets exceeding £100 million. Prior positions include Director of Asset Management at Housing Diversity Network, where Ian served as a Board Member for over nine years, and Owner of IAG Consult, providing consultancy services for Midland Heart's property services. Ian has also held leadership roles at Parkway Green Housing Trust and The Regenda Group, focusing on improving community services and property management. Ian holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from The University of Salford.
