Jonathan Lathem has extensive experience in institutional research, data management, and enrollment strategies, with a current role at Riverside Military Academy since June 2012. In this position, Jonathan has been instrumental in transforming data management and operational procedures, contributing to an increase in annual revenue by $4-6 million. Previously, as a Data Administrator, Jonathan improved workflows and reporting processes, enhancing user experience. Jonathan also served as Interim International Admissions Counselor, successfully boosting international enrollment to a record high of 136 students. Prior experience includes a role as Resource Coordinator at Georgia Mountains YMCA, where Jonathan developed and trained new branches and coordinated fundraising efforts. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of North Georgia and an Associate's degree in Education from Young Harris College.
