Dylan Rosen is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Riverside.fm since October 2024. Prior to this role, Dylan held the position of Director of Customer Success at OnCall Health from April 2020 until its acquisition by Qualifacts in October 2024. Dylan's earlier career includes managerial roles in implementations and SMB customer success at RedPine Music, where Dylan was also a Co-Founder and CEO. Additional experience includes roles at Flipp as Operations Team Lead and Operations Coordinator, as well as serving as an Accounting Clerk at Centro Legal Works Inc. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree in Marketing from Ryerson University.
