Steven Skow is a Senior Engineering Technician at Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District since June 2023. Prior to this role, Steven worked at Terracon from July 2016 to July 2023, progressing from Engineering Technician III to Engineering Technician IV and contributing to various civil and geotechnical engineering projects with a focus on both private and public works. Steven's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Engineering Technician at Petra Geosciences Inc. from October 2005 to March 2010, where responsibilities included quality assurance and control on engineering projects. Additionally, Steven worked as an Engineering Technician at C.H.J. Incorporated from January 2001 to October 2005 and as a Sales Merchandiser at Coors Distributing Company between January 1999 and December 2000. Steven attended Crafton Hills College, where studies in Emergency Medical Technology were completed from 2010 to 2014.
