Louise Grindlay serves as the Business Intelligence Lead at Riverbed Technology since March 2014, where a new team was established under sales operations to enhance sales tools and support operational excellence through actionable insights. Previous titles at Riverbed include Director of Sales Operations and Manager of Sales Operations for Insights for Actions. Additionally, Louise has experience as Sales Operations Manager for the Sales System & Process Team, optimizing sales systems by translating business requirements into technical needs, and Field Sales Operations Manager for EMEA, supporting various sales activities. Prior to Riverbed, Louise worked at Polycom as a Senior Sales Support Specialist and at NetApp as a Field Administrator, providing logistics support and liaising with sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
