Joanna Springer is an experienced customer service representative currently employed at Riverbay Corporation since August 2016. Prior to this role, Joanna held positions as a retail sales representative at IDT Energy for a short period in 2015 and interned at General Fence Corp in 2015. Additionally, Joanna served as a college assistant at Lehman College from September 2011 to January 2014, where responsibilities included providing administrative support to the General Accounting Office and the Registrar's office, managing communications, and performing various office duties.
