Alain Cordenier is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in risk management and investment fund direction. Currently serving as a Member of the Executive Committee and Chief Risk Officer at RiverBank S.A. since April 2018, Alain also holds positions as a Non Executive Director for self-employment since September 2017 and as a Member of the Board of Directors for various ING-related entities since February 2015. Previous roles include Director of Investment Funds at ING Luxembourg and CFO-COO at ING Belgium, among others. Alain has a solid educational foundation with an MBA in Finance from Vlerick Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp.
