The current leadership team at River Valley Community College has a wide range of experience in different industries and types of education. The team includes the Director of Library Services, who previously worked at Quinebaug Valley Community College, and the Teen Services Coordinator, who previously worked at Cumberland Public Library. Other members of the team include Adjunct Faculty at New England College of Business and Finance, ILS Technician at Ocean State Libraries, Teller at Claremont Savings Bank, and Front End Cashier at Hannaford Supermarkets.
