Emily Mastaler serves as the Chief Executive Officer at River Hospital since October 2019, bringing extensive healthcare leadership experience to the role. Prior to this position, Emily held various key roles at HCRS, including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Residential Services, Director of New Perspectives for Care, and Clinical Program Manager from February 2007 to September 2019. Emily's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Northeastern University and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Antioch University New England, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elmira College.
