Peter Hujoel is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. Currently a Partner at Rivean Capital since June 2021, Peter previously served as Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, focusing on corporate finance for Belgium and Luxembourg from 2008 to 2021. Peter's career also includes roles as Vice President within the Consumer, Retail & Healthcare team at JPMorgan and Associate at Linklaters, where legal advice was provided to investment banks, private equity firms, and corporations. Peter holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master's degree in Law from KU Leuven.
