Joseph Titlebaum is a distinguished legal and business professional with extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. As the Founder of BlackLab Venture Studio since January 2020, Titlebaum supports innovation at the intersection of technology and regulation. In addition, Titlebaum serves as Chairman of the Board for Ecolumix and General Counsel for Rivada Networks, overseeing legal and regulatory matters in the 5G telecommunications space. Titlebaum has also contributed as a Lead Mentor at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator and as a Board Member for Project N95 and The National Pancreas Foundation. Previous roles include executive positions at ION Media Networks and XM Satellite Radio, where Titlebaum managed comprehensive legal operations. Titlebaum's educational background includes a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in History from Columbia University.
