Anand Kumar has worked as a Research Associate at Rivaara Labs since April 2021. Prior to that, they were a Junior Scientific Officer at Pathkind Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. from June 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they held two roles at Saral Pathlab Pvt. Ltd., serving as a Junior Scientific Officer from April 2019 to June 2020 and undergoing training from December 2018 to April 2019.

Anand Kumar earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technician (BMLT) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they also completed a Diploma in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT) from the same institution, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019.
