Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. Mariana also serves as the Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous professional experience includes ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro (2017-2019), work as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular (2016-2019), and teaching roles as a university lecturer focusing on applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a labor training school (2016-2017). Mariana holds a diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
