Rob Cleaver has a solid work experience in various roles and companies. Rob currently works as a Sales Executive at Ritz Safety, starting in August 2022. Before that, they spent a significant part of their career at Luxottica from 2004 to 2022. During their time at Luxottica, they held several positions including Sr. Director of Sustainable Spending, G&A, Director of North America Indirect Procurement, Sr. Purchasing Manager, and Purchasing Manager. Prior to Luxottica, Rob worked at BMG Entertainment from 1992 to 2004, where they were the Manager of Supply Chain Operations and an Inventory Management Specialist.

Rob Cleaver received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Franklin College, where they attended from 1988 to 1992. Rob then pursued further education at the University of Indianapolis, where they earned a Masters in Business/Finance from 1998 to 2002.
