Cody Thurlow, MHRD, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Ritz Instrument Transformers since September 2024. Previously, Thurlow held the same title at Alleguard from July 2022 to September 2024 and worked as HR Manager at Sage Automotive Interiors from December 2018 to July 2022. In earlier roles, Thurlow was the Human Resources & Safety Manager at "Apollo" Flow Controls, manufactured by Conbraco Industries from 2016 to December 2018, and served as a Human Resource Generalist at Faurecia from 2014 to April 2016. Thurlow holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Clemson University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the same institution (2011-2014).
