Lotje Roussel is an accomplished marketing and commercial executive with extensive experience in the retail and consumer goods sectors. Since April 2018, Lotje has held various leadership roles at Rituals, including Country Director and Head of Global Marketing Communication & Promotion, focusing on marketing strategy, social media, PR, and business partnerships. Prior to this, Lotje was with Action as an International Marketing Manager and International Commercial Development Manager, and at HEMA from 2006 to 2015 in various managerial roles, including Concept Manager for Innovations/New Markets and Expansiemanager for HEMA International Format. Lotje began a career in brand management at PepsiCo and holds a Drs degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Groningen.
