Aaron Smith has extensive experience in carrier relations and sales management. Currently serving as Carrier Relations Manager at Ritter Communications since May 2021, Aaron maximizes off-net cost savings, negotiates quotes, manages performance metrics, and oversees cost tracking and order management. Prior to this role, Aaron was the Vice President of Sales at Limb Beaver Inc from May 2014 to May 2021, where responsibilities included collaborating with marketing on promotional materials and developing sales strategies. Aaron's career began with a managerial position at the City of Jonesboro from January 2008 to May 2014, overseeing Community Development Block Grant projects. Aaron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Arkansas State University, completed in 2009, and graduated from Westside High School in Jonesboro in 2004.
