Andreas R. has held various executive positions throughout their career. Andreas is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rittal USA and the Executive Vice President of Rittal North America LLC since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President of Rittal North America LLC starting from May 2021. Before joining Rittal, they worked at Rosenberger North America where they held the roles of CEO and Chief Operating Officer (COO) from July 2016 to May 2021. Andreas also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Rosenberger from September 2014 to June 2016. Andreas has experience in the aerospace industry as well, having worked at MT Aerospace AG from 2012 to 2014 in various senior vice president roles. Andreas has also held positions at Amazon, Spinner Atlanta Inc., Apollo-Optik, Spinner GmbH, Krauss Maffei Corporation, and RFS - Radio Frequency Systems, gaining valuable experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operations.

Andreas R. attended the University of Applied Sciences Rosenheim in Germany from 1996 to 2000, earning a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering. In 1999, they also briefly studied at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, USA.
