Katie Rogers is a seasoned professional in the flooring and design industry, currently serving as the Regional Director of Strategic Accounts and Design at RiteRug Flooring since September 2020. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions at Mohawk Industries, including Senior Business Development Manager and Business Development Manager for Builder/Multi-Family from October 2017 to September 2020. Additionally, experience includes a Business Development Manager role focused on Residential Construction at Elite Flooring, Inc. from July 2013 to October 2017, as well as working as an Interior Designer at Pierce and Company from May 2009 to July 2013. Earlier in the career, Katie served as a Customer Service Manager at Pottery Barn from October 2002 to January 2009. Katie Rogers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance from Belmont University, attended from 2000 to 2002, and pursued education at Florida State University.
