Meena Govind has over 18 years of experience in software engineering and development, currently serving as a Soft Engineer at RITA since September 2005 and as a Siebel Developer at the Regional Income Tax Agency since 2005. Prior experience includes working as a Siebel Developer at Fannie Mae from January 2004 to June 2005. Meena Govind holds an MBA in Human Resource from Osmania University, completed in 2002.
