Vince Homer has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the information systems field. Vince started their career as a Programmer/Analyst at Mesa Limited Partnership, where they were responsible for coding, testing, and implementing revenue integration and hazardous materials tracking systems. Vince then joined Dr Pepper / 7UP as a Senior Analyst, where they led projects and handled the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of various systems. Vince later became an Associate Director of Information Services at the same company, overseeing decision support applications, data warehouse implementations, and enterprise-wide information services strategies. Vince also worked at Howard Systems International as a Consultant, performing analysis, development, and maintenance tasks within the Customer Information System at US Sprint Corporation. Vince then joined Transport Insurance Company as a Consultant, where they managed projects and developed applications supporting different divisions of the company. After that, Vince worked at Blockbuster as a Director of Information Services, where they managed client/server application development initiatives. Currently, Vince holds the position of Vice President of IT Product Management - Regulatory Compliance at Riskonnect, Inc., where they are responsible for leading a team focused on compliance IT Product Management, new implementation projects, and ongoing support of regulatory compliance applications and functions. Their expertise includes claims administration regulatory reporting, electronic submission requirements, and other claims compliance analysis activities. Throughout their career, Vince has worked with various technologies and tools such as Delphi, Oracle, UNIX, Visual Basic, and SQL Server.

Vince Homer graduated from West Texas A&M University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their field of study was Computer Information Systems.
