Jim Grindstaff CPP PSP is an experienced risk analyst currently employed by Risk Mitigation Consulting since January 2023. Previously, Jim held the position of Director of Business Development at FINAO Coastal Group from September 2020 to April 2022. Jim’s career includes roles such as Chief Strategy Officer and Program Manager/SME at International Preparedness Associates Inc. from February 2013 to December 2019, as well as contract work as an instructor in Border Security Operations for the Department of State ATA Program. Earlier positions include security-related roles at J.L. Marshall & Associates, ITA International, GDIT, and Applied Marine Technology Incorporated. Jim served as a SEAL Operator and in various other capacities in the U.S. Navy for over two decades, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Regent University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
