Joseph M. is an experienced professional in data analytics and operations, currently serving as the Operation & Analytics Manager at RISE since February 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at the Rhode Island Department of Health from September 2019 to February 2023, including Senior Data Analyst and Data Team Lead, where responsibilities included developing codes, managing data validation processes, and overseeing digital mechanism implementation for Covid-19 validation letters. Joseph's extensive background also includes roles in data analysis at the State of Rhode Island and the Center for Puerto Rican Studies, as well as an internship with the U.S. Forest Service. Joseph holds a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University - Newark and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez.
