Ian Strom is a skilled construction manager and project developer currently employed at RISE since November 2022, focusing on the development and implementation of energy efficiency projects for large commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Prior to this role, Ian served as a project manager at The Elcon Group from December 2018 to November 2022, where responsibilities included engineering and managing energy-saving technology projects nationwide. Ian's career began as a minor league baseball player for the New York Mets from June 2016 to September 2018. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the Manning School of Business at UMass Lowell, attained between 2013 and 2018.
