David McQueen is an experienced professional in community engagement and program management. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Manager at Rise Against Hunger since November 2021, David has a strong background with The Salvation Army, where roles included Area Director, Unit Director, and Program Director from February 2010 to June 2020. David holds an Associate of Arts degree in Sociology from Northern Virginia Community College.
